First, we would like to thank each and every one of our amazing clients for your kind thoughts and well wishes during this very challenging time. We've been working hard to adapt our salon, our processes and procedures to keep each client and employee safe as we return back to business. It is our commitment to each of you to make the health and wellness of anyone who comes through our door a priority. As such, we'll have a few new practices and policies in place during your next visit.

  1. Masks
    Masks are required for both employees and clients when entering the salon and throughout the duration of your visit.

  2. Check-In Process
    Upon arrival to the salon, please call (440-360-7880) before you come inside to see if your stylist is ready for you. We no longer have a waiting area and to minimize the number of people in the salon at any given time, we are asking that clients wait in their cars until your stylist is ready for you.

  3. Additional Guests
    As mentioned, we no longer have a waiting area and in order to comply with social distancing requirements, we ask that only clients with a scheduled appointment enter into the salon. If you have someone with you, we ask that they kindly drop you off or wait in the car. This policy includes children, so if you do not have arrangements for your children, we respectfully ask that you reschedule your appointment.

  4. Hand Sanitization
    Upon arrival to the salon, we will require each guest to immediately sanitize hands. Sanitizers will also be available at each station should you need additional sanitizer during your visit.

  5. No Contact Temperature Check
    Upon entry into the salon, we will require temperature checks from both employees and clients. 

Additional Notes & Precautions:

  • If you are sick, we ask that you reschedule your appointment. We'll do all we can to get you in as soon as possible.

  • Our stations have been adjusted to meet social distancing requirements.

  • Stations will be sanitized between each appointment and additional time has been allocated in between appointments to do so.
